Sam, a Michigan native, earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University in 2016. Since making Chicago his home, he has immersed himself in the city’s vibrant performance landscape, working with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, Aerial Dance Chicago, Hot Crowd, Same Planet Performance Project, Momenta, and Still Inspired. His work has also led him to guest performances with South Chicago Dance Theater and Chicago Repertory Ballet.

His artistic journey extends beyond Chicago, with performances spanning the country alongside Wellspring/Cori Terry and Dancers (MI), The Lyric Opera of Kansas City (MO), Zikr Dance Ensemble (CO), and Quixotic Fusion (MO). Rooted in a spirit of movement and collaboration, Sam is delighted to return for his seventh season with Dance in the Parks.
