SHAOLIN CUEVAS

Shaolin Cuevas born and raised in Chicago and is a graduate of Senn High School (May 2024). She was part of the Senn Arts Dance program for 4 years where she choreographed, taught, and performed in student-created pieces. In addition, she has been a company member with Gus Giordano Dance School since the age of 7 and served as a teaching assistant and teacher for school-aged classes at Gus Giordano Dance School. Shaolin has taken master classes from teachers Jimmy Locust, Eugene Peabody, Marcus Alford, Elizabeth Parkinson, Cornelius Carter, Kirby Reed, Pattie Obey, and Elijah Gibson among many. Shaolin will pursue a BFA in Dance as she enters college in the fall and is in the process of making a final decision of where she will study.
